It has been 5 years since I have last visited this page. And to be honest reading through my journals and my artwork I realised how far I have drifted from who I was, who I wanted to be and who I am. This post isn't at all reminiscent of times past. Rather a celebration of awakening. I used to write, a lot. To express myself externally, anonymously and without fear of judgment. I've lamented that. I've forgotten what it is to be eloquent and to convey my thoughts and opinions. This time it's different.

i have been listening to a fair bit of Regina spektor lately. and to be brutally honest with you, her music makes you question and wonder whether or not the substance of your being is substantiated by your actions. you try and try to please and work around peoples problems and opinions. You believe yourself to be the guilty party, and probably for the most part, you are.
